Insulation products

The core of ICL’s business activities comprises the manufacture of heat-resistant gaskets in all possible thicknesses and qualities. In many cases, Kerasil 325® plays an important role in our business. This is a high-temperature-resistant material based on fibre paper and silicones. Kerasil 325® was developed and perfected in-house. Apart from Kerasil 325®, other base materials are used such as safe fibre materials, vermiculite, rock wool, glass wool, textile glass fabric, graphite, stainless steel foil, rubber and polyester film, felt etc. These materials can also be treated and processed according to your wishes.

For whom

ICL products are used in a great many sectors and industries. Customers are leading companies in fields that include appliance manufacturing and the steel industry. Manufacturers of central heating boilers, heaters, gas cookers and air heating equipment form a particularly important group of buyers. ICL is also closely involved in the development and production of insulation and packing material for fuel cells.

Custom work

For ICL, providing advice is one of the main features of its total service package. Right from the start, customers have the opportunity – without obligation – to apply specialised know-how and experience in the search for the right solution to an insulation question. This makes the ultimate result easier and cheaper.
Sometimes, the best solution is an existing product, but usually, base material has to be processed and treated in the ICL plant until it has the right quality. Processing includes sawing, blanking, impregnating, coating and/or glueing. These processes mean that the base material can be supplied in any form and existing products can be improved to make them as suitable as possible for the application in question.

Every product ICL supplies meets the strictest quality requirements. To guarantee this level of quality, the company operates its own quality system that covers every step of the business process.
